I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . the hotel's location near the water's edge was captivating. I was drawn to it. the breakfast was quite decent and offered a variety of choices for me. i appreciated the easy access to the sea, it added to the overall appeal of the place.
I was informed that my room, despite its cost, did not include a bathrobe. they asked for extra charges to have it. I found this practice quite strange and disappointing.

the cute personnel created a positive atmosphere, and i felt valued as a guest. staff members like emanuela, silvana, piera, rosario, and salvatore showed dedication. their combined efforts significantly contributed to a nice experience for me.

Dinner was really good, and rosario, the waiter, provided excellent service. the restaurant offered a diverse menu with fresh options. I found the meals to be very flavorful! the freshness of the ingredients really stood out to me.

The hotel features a private beach. I appreciated its direct connection to the beach. the enormous pool offered a refreshing escape, and i spent many hours there. i also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, both were free.

i was disappointed by the lack of a bathrobe in my room despite the high daily rate (500 eur). they wanted to charge extra for it. also, the customer service was lacking.

I enjoyed the sea view from the balcony, it gave me privacy. Dinner was excellent and Rosario, the waiter, was very helpful . Exterior areas were beautiful including the pool, the loungers, and the upper deck. The natural swimming pool felt safe and lovely.
I was disappointed because the hotel did not provide a bathrobe free of charge.

The staff booked reservations and organized taxis FAST. The private beach club was a highlight! It was convenient too. The sunsets from the west side are fine I enjoyed the suite so much.
The hotel had no bathrobes in my room i had to ask for it! I think every room should have one automatically.

The hotel location is close to the port and very convenient. It only takes about five minutes to walk there. This proximity made getting around easy. There were shops very close as well

the hotel had an amazing location, very convenient for reaching local attractions. i loved the direct access to the ocean. i watched ferry and boat activity in the harbour. the staff greeted me amazingly upon arrival, and i even got a surprise room upgrade.
i was slightly disappointed that bathrobes were not included in my room, given the daily rate, but this was a very minor issue.

I ate lunch almost every day at the hotel. The food was delicious. the breakfast included many different options to choose from. ordering to the sunbeds was smooth via whatsapp.
